Hiện tại, khi cancel purchase order có 2 trường hợp xảy ra

nếu chưa sync -> update quantity , trả lại số lượng tương ứng với số lượng của purchase order
nếu đã sync -> update quantity , trả lại số lượng tương ứng với số lượng của purchase order

sửa lại

trường hợp đã sync -> ko cần update quantity, ko cần trả lại số lượng tương ứng với số lượng của purchase order
