Nội dung task này là loại bỏ những gì liên quan đến table commodity_relations trên Account List.
Trước đây commodity_relations được load lên để chọn, nhưng bây giờ sẽ ko dùng table commodity_relations, commodity sẽ đc nhập và lưu trước tiếp vào table user_accounts.
@duy xem những chỗ nào đang còn dùng function nào liên quan tới commodity_relations thì loại bỏ nha. Để sau khi mình remove table commodity_relations sẽ ko ảnh hưởng tới những API đang chạy.

User Account List merge r nhưng còn vướng task CSV nên chưa close task này đc nha @duy, ông xử nốt task #213 là đc nha
