Description
Sửa lại danh sách facilities 施設 ở màn hình create/edit place.
Hiện tại:
Field 施設 đang chứa toàn bộ facilities có trong hệ thống.
Mong muốn:
Field 施設 là danh sách facilities thuộ organization của user đang đăng nhập
Tên facilities trong danh sách cần hiển thị theo format: facilities.owner_facility_id/facilties.name.
