cái api này e thiếu phần send mail rồi. e vẽ thêm phần send mail vào sequence hén. a nghĩ sau khi insert thành công mới send mail nên để send mail cuối cùng hén.
về nội dung mail thì trong tuần này a sẽ chốt với jp

Sequence đc update có thêm phần xử lí files. Khi update nếu có gửi kèm payload files thì files sẽ đc xử lí upsert. Nếu file type đã tồn tại thì update (lưu file mới và xóa file cũ), nếu chưa tồn tại thì thêm mới.

1.trường hợp file bị xoá thì phải truyền params như thế nào ?
2.e dự định là cho xử lý s3 xong mới đi tiếp hay là ko chờ xử lý s3 ?
3.delete file nên thực hiện sau cùng, để có fail thì cũng còn file cũ backup
4.nếu file cùng tên thì sao ? vẫn ghi đè ?
